Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount to Wgidfu Labs. This document describes how we collect, protect, and process data when you utilize our UK-made signal engine.
1. Data Collection: We only collect minimal information required to run the social operations dashboard: your registration name, work email, workspace preferences, and connection keys for social channels (Stripe handles payment tokens securely; we never store card numbers).
2. Google API & SerpApi Usage: Any search metadata processed via our active Google Trends / SerpApi integration is anonymized. We do not store queries associated with your identity or profile.
3. Cookies & Session Storage: We use local browser storage and session cookies solely to preserve your login session state and display preferences. We do not place third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Third-Party Sharing: Your data is never sold. We only pass data to vital subprocessors required for core operations: Stripe (Payment Processing), Google Vertex (Secure Gemini API Inference), and Vercel Hosting.
Terms of Service
By registering a workspace on Wgidfu, you agree to comply with the standard terms below.
1. Free Trial & Subscriptions: Growth and Studio plans come with an initial 14-day free trial. No card is charged until the trial period lapses. You can cancel with 2 clicks from the Billing page inside the workspace at any time.
2. Content Ownership: Any drafts generated by the Wgidfu AI engine remain your property. You maintain full operational control and veto power over what is ultimately published to your connected channels.
3. Prohibited Usage: You agree not to use Wgidfu to publish spam, malicious content, bulk automated scripts, or material violating platforms' terms of service.
4. Platform Liability: Wgidfu coordinates trend signals to save you hours of content creation. However, we are not liable for individual social media platform restrictions or algorithmic reaches relating to published posts.
GDPR & Data Processing
Wgidfu is built and operated natively in Bristol, United Kingdom. We operate in full alignment with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data Sovereignty: Customer data is processed and stored on secure cloud clusters in standard Western European regions, preventing unaligned cross-border data exposure.
2. Right to Erasure: You hold the absolute right to have your workspace and account permanently wiped. You can execute this natively inside Settings, or email info@wgidfu.com to trigger manual purge operations.
3. Data Protection Officer: For compliance matters, audits, or questions regarding GDPR DPA templates, address communications to the Wgidfu Labs Compliance Desk.
